Every Kiratora order ships tracked from Japan, door to door.
Your order page
Your order confirmation email has a link to your order page. It shows your order's status at every step and, once it ships, its tracking number.
Your tracking number
We email your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created, within 48 hours of payment. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear. Follow your parcel with its carrier:
How long delivery takes
Standard arrives 3–6 working days after dispatch and Express 1–2 working days. Customs checks, holidays, weather and remote addresses can add time.
If tracking stops moving
- If tracking does not change for 5 working days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
- If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the latest estimate, or tracking has not moved for 7 working days, we will open a trace.
- If tracking shows delivered but you have nothing, check with neighbours and your building, then email us if it is still missing after 48 hours.
Changing the delivery address
Email us as soon as possible: the address can be changed until the parcel is handed to the carrier.
