What we collect

When you place an order: your name, company, email, phone, shipping address and the items you buy. When you get in touch: whatever you send by email, the contact form or live chat. When you browse: basic technical details sent by your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, plus the cookies that keep your basket, currency and view settings working.

We never store card numbers. Bitcoin payments go straight to our wallet, and other payment methods are processed by the provider you choose.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your order, including the customs paperwork international parcels need; to answer your messages; and to keep the site secure and running. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to deliver your order and run the site: shipping carriers (EMS / Japan Post, DHL, FedEx) and customs authorities, the payment providers you choose, our hosting provider, and our live chat provider (Tawk.to) if you use chat.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Anything else can be deleted on request.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your personal information. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, but the basket needs them to work.
