Our authenticity guarantee

Everything Kiratora sells is genuine. We never handle resealed, reprinted or counterfeit product, and if anything you receive is ever not what we promised, we put it right.

Sealed product

Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, cases, packs and special sets ship in their original factory packaging, exactly as they left the manufacturer, and sealed product is never opened or resealed. Cases ship in the original distributor carton, inside an outer box where the size allows.

Graded slabs

Every graded card is listed with its grading company and grade, and we check slab certification numbers. You can look up any PSA slab yourself with its certification number on the PSA certification lookup.

Single cards

Each single's listing says whether it is raw or graded, its set, number, rarity and language, and any condition note. Photos of singles and graded cards show the actual item or a representative copy, as the listing states. Our card condition guide explains the terms we use.

Japanese, English and Chinese editions

Every listing names its language. Japanese and English editions are different printings, often with different contents and pack sizes, and we never describe one as the other.

If something is not right

If you believe an item is not genuine, or not as described, email support@kiratora.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and keep the item exactly as it arrived. A problem with what we sent is our responsibility: return shipping is free for you, and we will replace, credit or refund the item, shipping included. See returns and refunds for the full process.
