How preorders work

Preorders let you secure upcoming sets before release day. Preorder listings are marked Preorder in the shop and in the sets menu.

When you pay

Preorders are invoiced when stock is allocated to us, so you pay for what we know we can ship.

When it ships

Preorders ship on or just after the Japanese release date. Release dates are set by the publisher and can move, and your preorder ships when the set is released.

If we cannot fill it

If we cannot fill a preorder, you get a full refund.

Changing your mind

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch: email your order number. If you have already paid, your refund is paid within 5 working days, as set out in returns and refunds.
