Our terms of sale
These terms apply to every order on kiratora.com, and placing an order means you accept them.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Prices in other currencies are conversions for convenience; you pay the US dollar price unless we agree otherwise on your invoice. Quantity-discount prices apply to the quantity of a product in one order.
Orders and stock holds
An order reserves your stock for 48 hours while you pay. If we have not received payment in that time, we may cancel the order and release the stock. We may also cancel an order when an item was listed at an obviously wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, and any payment is then refunded in full.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is $100 including shipping. Each listing shows its minimum quantity and case multiple.
Payment
We accept Bitcoin, ETH or USDT, Cash App or Apple Pay (US), UK bank transfer, or another method we agree with you, as described on our payment methods page. Orders ship once payment has cleared.
Shipping, duties and risk
Orders ship from Japan with tracking, and delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Please report damaged, wrong or missing items within 7 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

Products
Sealed product is sold in its original factory packaging. Booster packs and boxes contain random cards, and we make no promise about which cards any pack or box contains. Photos of singles and graded cards show the actual item or a representative copy, as the listing states.

Kiratora is an independent reseller, not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or any other publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
