Do I need an account to order?

No. All prices, minimums and quantity discounts are visible to everyone, collectors and shops alike.

Is your product genuine?

Always. Sealed product ships in its original factory packaging, and we never handle resealed, reprinted or counterfeit items.

What does shipping to the US cost?

Standard is $11 plus $8 per kg, about $31 for 6 booster boxes, and takes 3–6 working days; Express takes 1–2 working days. Orders leave Japan within 48 hours of payment, tracked, and prices are in dollars.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes: Standard shipping is free once the goods in your order pass $2,000, and on those orders Express costs only the difference. Full details on the shipping page.

Will I pay import duty in the US?

You might. The US no longer applies its $800 duty-free allowance, so orders of any value can be charged duty and carrier fees on delivery, and these are paid by the buyer.

How long will you hold my items?

48 hours from the moment you order, while you pay.

Is there a minimum order?

$100 including shipping. Sealed product usually starts at 6 units in multiples of 6; singles, graded cards and accessories start at 1.

How can I pay?

Bitcoin by QR code on your order page, ETH or USDT, Cash App or Apple Pay in the US, UK bank transfer, or another method by arrangement. See payment methods.

Do you sell Japanese or English cards?

Both, plus Chinese Pokémon products and other games including Riftbound, Lorcana and One Piece.

Can I return something?

Unopened sealed product, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we agree the return. Damaged, wrong or missing items are our responsibility. See returns and claims.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until it ships. Just email your order number.
