Paying a shop abroad should never feel like a gamble. This is how payment works at Kiratora, and how to tell a real message from us from a fake one.

What we never ask for

• Card numbers or bank logins
• Passwords of any kind
• Wallet keys or recovery words

Nobody from Kiratora will ever ask for these, by email, chat or anywhere else.

Paying by Bitcoin

Straight after you order, your order page shows the exact BTC amount and a QR code. The amount is held at the current rate for 60 minutes. We email a receipt when your payment appears on the network and again when it confirms.

Kiratora's Bitcoin address: bc1qhvgghjapwsugh4nnckh0skqar7jcg5xmu36jpl. Always check that the address on your order page is exactly this one. We never send a different Bitcoin address by email or chat.

Paying by other methods

For ETH or USDT, Cash App, Apple Pay, UK bank transfer or another method, your invoice and payment details arrive by email from support@kiratora.com and by text within 12 hours. UK bank transfers go to a UK account in the business name. If a message about your order comes from any other address, do not pay it: forward it to us.

Your order is protected while you pay

Your stock is held in your name for 48 hours from the moment you order, and orders ship once payment has cleared. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, you get a full refund.

A secure site

Every page of kiratora.com is served over an encrypted connection, so look for the padlock in your browser. We keep only what is needed to fulfil your order, as our privacy policy explains.
