Quick answer: a standard Pokémon card measures 63 x 88 mm, which works out to about 2.5 x 3.5 inches (2.48 x 3.46 in precisely). Cards are around 0.3 mm thick with rounded corners. The idea that Japanese Pokémon cards are smaller comes from "Japanese size" sleeves, which are made for 59 x 86 mm Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. Protection that fits

Jumbo cards are oversized promos built for display. They range from slightly bigger than a normal card up to around 6 x 8 inches or more, so they need oversized sleeves or frames; in English they usually come in premium collection boxes.
